How to delete your Growli account

In the app

1. Open Growli.
2. Go to More → Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Without the app

Write from the email address you sign in to Growli with to maciek.siadkowski@gmail.com, with the subject “Delete my Growli account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

What we delete

• Your account and settings.
• Profiles of children that only you have access to, together with their data: measurements, milestones and notes.
• If a child’s profile is shared with other carers, it stays with them, and the carer who joined first becomes its creator.

What we keep and for how long

• Consent register: when the Terms were accepted and consent was given or withdrawn, for the limitation period for claims.
• Backups: deleted data leaves them after their rotation cycle, within 30 days at the latest.

Deleting one child’s data without deleting the account

In the app, go to More → Privacy and consents, choose the child and withdraw consent. We delete that child’s profile together with its data, and your account stays.
